Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are roasted and packaged fresh to order. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
• Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days (where available)

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Local Pickup We offer free local pickup for customers in the Las Cruces, NM area. Select "Pick up in store" at checkout. We'll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time. Please allow 2-4 days for roasting and packaging before pickup is available.

Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at coffee@beargroundsroastery.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work to make it right.
