Cancellation policy

Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after a billing date will take effect for the following cycle — no partial refunds are issued for the current period. To cancel, contact us at coffee@beargroundsroastery.com. All subscription orders are subject to our standard refund policy.
